NetSupport ServiceDesk 5.50.0005 is now available for download from our websites. This release of NetSupport ServiceDesk version 5.50.0005 does not require a new license key and will work with an existing NetSupport ServiceDesk 5.50 License.

What's fixed
  • Fixed an issue where a Custom Data field set to display on specified users or Categories was not removed from the page if the user or Category was changed.
  • Resolved a problem where the Due Date field was not visible to the End User on the New Incident or New Change Request pages.
  • Fixed an issue where it was not possible to delete a field that had been added to the Group By section on the Edit Report page.
  • Resolved a problem where changes to the Custom Data entries were not always saved when clicking the Save icon.
  • Fixed an issue where it was not possible to drag a field from the Group By section of the Edit Report page onto the Group Header or Group Footer report sections.
  • Resolved a problem where it was not possible to select subcategories when adding the Category field to the Criteria section of the Search page.
  • Fixed an issue where a deleted Category was still visible in the Categories hierarchy.
  • Updated the French translation for "New Solution".
  • Fixed an issue where a Custom Data Checkbox was always shown as ticked on the new item pages.
  • Resolved a problem where the Custom Data Checkbox value would not be saved if the box was ticked or unticked.
  • Fixed an issue where a Custom Data Checkbox field associated with the Company could also be edited when viewing the Departments or Users.
